Dear Partner,
We are off to a flying start in Q4 2010 and setting our sights now on the festive season and the New Year.
Looking back over my past few notes to you, opening the Dynmark Newsletter, I realised I have not thanked the very people I work with for making our success possible. So this month, rather than telling you about all the great things going on - and there are lots - I'd like to thank my team. We will have many new faces at this year's Christmas party and collectively you have helped Dynmark become a thriving successful business that delights our customers. Thanks team!
Indeed I'm not the only one who's noticed what a terrific team I have. As suppliers to The Carphone Warehouse Best Buy for more than four years, Dynmark's account management team was invited to the Best Buy Premiere Ball. Hosted at Excel London, I don't think I have ever been to such a big bash. To entertain the throng were several stages, themed areas as well as circus rides and an abundance of food and drink - need I say more. Thanks Carphone Best Buy.
In this month's issue you will meet Sarah Morgan, who not only provides first rate customer account management, but is also our in-house Microsoft CRM expert.

Email Available Now
E-mail is something many of our customers have been asking Dynmark about, and
over the past few months we have been working hard to put in place a solution
for e-mail.
We are pleased to announce that we are now able to offer an e-mail service, ahead of
schedule. Initially it will be provided as a bureau service where Dynmark manages
all campaigns and reporting on behalf of our customers, but we are hoping it
won’t be long before customers are able to log in through Dynmark Direct to gain full access to all the set-up, sending and reporting features directly.
If you are interested in using our bureau service for e-mail, please do not
hesitate to get in touch to arrange a demonstration, set up an account or to discuss your requirements.

Platform Performance
A total of 24 product updates were released
during October as part of our on-going commitment to improving the quality of
service to all of our customers. Updates worth mentioning includes an
e-txt web release to enhance the file upload facility, enabling customers to
upload larger files and ignore duplicates and invalid numbers. In addition,
we’ve introduced a new feature that will allow trusted customers to buy larger
credit bundles online.
The overall performance of our messaging platform over the past month
continued to be high. We did encounter a problem this month which led to some
downtime – sincere apologies to any customers that were affected by this – but
the problem was fixed almost immediately and as a result, overall uptime for
October was at 99.99%.

Dynmark Shortlisted for Prestigious Award
Dynmark has been shortlisted for an award in the category for 'Most
Effective Mobile CRM/ Enterprise Messaging Campaign’ at the 2010 Effective Mobile
Marketing Awards, organised by the Mobile Marketing Magazine.
We entered together with our close partner Carphone Warehouse, on whose behalf
we handled the SMS aspect of a highly successful campaign aimed at improving the
relationship with Carphone Warehouse’s customers and building its contact list
for marketing purposes. The award ceremony takes place in December.

Empowering our Customers
As part of Dynmark’s ongoing efforts to improve our systems, products and
services, this month the focus has been on empowering our customers.
Up until now, as many of you are aware, customers have been able to purchase a
maximum of 5,000 credits online. In order to enhance the user experience we’ve
introduced a trust-based system whereby we allow our most loyal and highly
trusted customers to buy bundles of up to 100,000 credits online.
If you are a high volume user and would like to be enabled for purchasing of
larger message credit bundles, please get in contact with your account manager
or e-mail

In addition, customers can now set the level at which ‘low credit’
alert messages are dispatched to customers through our system. The default setting
for low credit alerts messages is currently at 10% of the previous month’s send.
If you would like to change this level, all you need to do is let us know.

Meet the Team: Sarah Morgan, Account Manager
This month we introduce another member of our account management team. Sarah
joined Dynmark in March this year and now manages a number of Dynmark’s key
accounts.
In addition, she also works hard to generate new leads and get more customers to
use SMS for their mobile marketing communications. Prior to joining Dynmark,
Sarah worked for Endsleigh Insurance for five years in a sales and training
role. She has a 2:1 degree from the University of Gloucestershire.
Outside of work, Sarah counts horse riding among her favourite pastimes.
“What I love most about my role here at Dynmark is that there are plenty of
fresh challenges and projects to work on. I enjoy speaking to customers on a
daily basis about topics ranging from increasing their SMS volumes to assisting
with a large campaign. Also, the team here is great and we all support each
other to get the job done.”
