Knowledge is power

Many of you have been using our Knowledge Base for some time. A live resource designed to help our customers resolve issues as quickly as possible, Knowledge Base is dynamically updated as soon as new questions are asked. Use it to quickly find answers to a range of frequently and less frequently asked questions. You can visit the Dynmark Knowledge Base here.

If you think there's an area which should be covered, let support@dynmark.com know and we'll do our best to add it.


Platform Performance


Here is the first of what will become another regular addition to the newsletter: a brief breakdown of our messaging platform's performance over the recent period.

We're pleased to confirm that our uptime during July has been 100% with no breaks in service. Meanwhile 17 updates were released during July (as this message went to the email server), with more to be finalised.

Each update helps us to improve the quality of services delivered to you. Our technical team are constantly working to optimise the user experience through new features, improved message reporting and an even quicker throughput of messages.

Finally the percentage of traffic sent within the United Kingdom this month was 88% with the remaining 12% sent internationally.

Dynmark Blog


We're excited to introduce the new Dynmark Blog, where we'll give step-by-step guides and expert advice about the subtleties of running your own messaging campaigns.

Available to view from our homepage, the blog will feature a host of regular updates from the team. From best practice mobile marketing tips and suggestions from our technical team on getting the best from your solution, to lighter commentary about how we get on during the team building away days: the blog will reveal all!

Sarah Wallbridge Meet the team: Sarah Wallbridge, Financial Controller

Over the past three years as Financial Controller, Sarah has become a key member of the Dynmark team. Her wealth of accounting and organisational experience ensures the smooth management of our books and of the general office.

Sarah's energy and focus in the office is reflected in her hobbies outside the Dynmark domain. As a committee member of her local running club, Sarah enjoys regular 10k races, as well as the occasional half marathon.

In additon to fluent Txt-speak, Sarah is improving her linguistic skills through regular travels to France.

"I enjoy working with a small and professional team," says Sarah. "We all know that each day will bring its new challenges, but we're motivated and strong enough as a group to address them as swiftly as possible. Team morale is high here and we have a good relationship with our customers, so although working to monthly deadlines can be hard work and often stressful, it brings its own rewards".
