Oscar Jenkins founded Dynmark in 2001. The company
now has in place a talented and very well respected technical and operational team.
The company's board of directors is exceptionally
strong for a business of this size, and includes Graham Ward, ex Managing Director
of Vodafone Corporate UK, and Martin Gilbert, the CEO of Aberdeen Group.

Graham Ward, Chairman*
Graham Ward is Chairman of CMS Global Technology in Swindon and has recently led
an MBO of Genesis Communications Ltd from Dixons DSGI Ltd. Graham was Financial
Director of the European Mobile Phones Division of Motorola before he moved on to
become the MD of Motorola Telco. He then took on the role of MD at Vodafone UK Corporate,
prior to joining CMS Global Technology and Dynmark International.

Oscar Jenkins, Chief Executive*
Oscar, holds an MBA from Gloucestershire University Business School, and is a seasoned
entrepreneurial manager with over 20 years experience. He has a track record for
commercialising emerging technologies as well as building and managing teams. Wide
ranging management experience extends from start-up businesses through to large
international corporations. From 1993 he founded several successful internet companies,
including one of the first UK ISPs and was involved in some of the UK's earliest
dot.com ventures.

Tony Mobley, Finance Director*
After qualifying with Grant Thornton, Tony spent five years in their London office
in the 1980s, before moving to Hazelwoods, a medium sized provincial accountancy
practice. He spent 12 years as a partner in senior posts with Hazelwoods before
striking out on his own. He is a seasoned professional with extensive experience
of private equity and venture capital financing, as well as listed public company
administration.

Martin Gilbert, Non-executive Director*
Martin is the founder and Chief Executive of Aberdeen Asset Management Plc. He graduated
from Aberdeen University with an MA in Accountancy and an LLB in Law. Martin was
one of the founding directors of Aberdeen Asset Management when it was established
in 1983. His other non-executive directorships include the Chairmanship of FirstGroup
plc and Lombard International Assurance SA.

Sarah Wallbridge, Financial Controller
Sarah holds an AAT accounting qualification and has worked in various financial
management roles for over 20 years. During her tenure at Wincanton Plc Sarah held
a number of finance posts before taking a commission as Financial Controller at,
international HR recruitment firm, The Venus Group. Before joining Dynmark in 2007
Sarah was Finance Manager at Ralph Davis International for six years.

Tim Langford, Sales Director
Tim holds an MSc in engineering from Cambridge University and has over 20 years
sales experience with a track record in managing periods of rapid growth. He has
gained experience with engineering appointments initially in South Africa and Israel,
where he focused on Computer Integration Systems. In 1992 he returned to the UK
and oversaw a threefold growth in sales at One World Creations and then built a
Management Consulting franchise for The Wilsher Group from scratch, which went on
to be the most successful franchise in the organisation within 2 years.

Dave Baddeley, IT Director
Dave holds a BSc in Computer Science from Bradford University and has over 15 years
software engineering experience. Dave is a consummate software professional specialising
in Microsoft technologies, with in depth experience at the coal face and in management
positions. His working experience spans engagements with Cheltenham & Gloucester
Plc, Vertex Financial Services and The Exchange before Joining Dynmark early in
2010.
